Situated in KAFD, north of Riyadh, Project A.11 is a luxurious retail destination featuring exclusive pavilions and a grand public square, the “Grand Amphitheater.” The project offers a refined retail experience within a vibrant, landscaped setting in the heart of Riyadh’s financial district. This development includes:
- Parking: Five basement levels (B5, B4, B3, B2, B1) with approximately 1,900 parking spaces.
- Luxury Retail Village: A premium retail environment spanning 50,000 sqm, with pavilions covering around 8,000 sqm, complemented by extensive landscaping.
- Wadi: A public space that forms part of the broader site-wide Wadi system, enhancing the connection between retail and outdoor spaces.
- Landscape: A blend of hard and soft landscaping creating an inviting atmosphere for both shoppers and visitors.
