Job Summary:

The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for construction and contracting projects within Taj Dhabi. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical, engineering, and support roles. The specialist ensures recruitment strategies align with project demands, company policies, and market trends, while maintaining a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions in engineering, technical, and administrative functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline for future project needs.
  • Support manpower planning based on project requirements and timelines.
  • Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, Saudization requirements, and company recruitment procedures.
  • Build relationships with universities, training institutes, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and KPIs for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in the construction/contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing methods, and HR compliance.
  • Experience in hiring engineers, project staff, and technical professionals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment software (e.g., ERP, ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

Work Environment:

  • Based at the head office with occasional visits to project sites if required.
  • Requires close coordination with project managers, department heads, and HR teams.
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous hiring demands.
